With the RadiCS software package to ensure image quality, you can perform calibration in accordance with the DICOM standard. RadiCS corrects the brightness and grayscales of the monitor.

All monitors are equipped with an LED backlight, which excels thanks to its service life, which is significantly longer than conventional CCFL tubes.

The DUE (Digital Uniformity Equaliser) function balances out differences in brightness and chrominance in different areas of the screen to enable particularly balanced image rendering.

EIZO's patented drift correction ensures that the brightness stabilizes rapidly after you turn on or activate the monitor from energy-saving mode.

EIZO is convinced of the quality of its products. The warranty for the monitors, therefore, also covers the brightness stability. (All models except the MX series)

The front sensor (IFS) integrated in the frame measures brightness and grey scales and calibrates the monitor according to the DICOM standard. The sensor works automatically, enabling convenient calibration.

A presence sensor will switch the monitor to energy-saving mode if there is no one in front of the monitor. When you return, it switches back to normal mode.

The extremely flexible base from EIZO can be tilted and turned and the height adjusted to ensure optimal workstation ergonomics.

Thanks to the wide viewing angle, images also have minimal colour deviations when viewed from the sides, meaning that multiple people can look at the monitor at the same time.
